You're coming to our workshop, and will be leaving with a starter.... but do you have what you need to make your first loaf?
As you will learn in the class, the tools that you have will help you become a sourdough artist in your own home! This kit will include a Banneton Bread Proofing Basket, a dough whisk, a bread lame, silicone brush, and a metal and plastic scraper.
